Eleven Interiors did an amazing job staging a very boring condo that I was selling. Linda made the condo cool and showed how the small space could be comfortably laid out for many buyers. This got us a buyer that was willing to close quickly on the last day of the year. I loved that she used color and appealed to just the sort of buyer that was perfect for the property.

Eleven Interiors was incredible to work with this year! Linda was referred to me for a staging project where my clients were not able to remove all of their belongings while the home was on the market. Linda came in and with her designer's eye and sensitive approach, she turned this house into a dream for showings. It’s hard to say enough good things about Linda and her team. She walked into a disaster. First she helped with our organizing and packing so we could empty the house (not one but TWO houses on the lot.) She helped keep me cool and focused during what is probably in the top ten most stressful situations ever in my life. And then — she did magic. Seriously, magic! I had lived in the house for 20 years and could never get it quite right. But she turned that place into a showcase. First we had a bidding war — and then we sold the house for well over the asking price, and I am 100% certain it’s because of how she turned that house into a castle. And did I mention we needed to live there until it was sold? She made it possible for us to be able to make the place picture perfect every time we left so a potential buyer could view it and it looked exactly like it did for photos and open house. I have recommended her to friends and family, and plan to hire her for a virtual consultation for my new house (all the way across the country…) I’m a lifelong fan!

Working with Linda at Eleven Interiors was a smooth and straightforward part of our condo selling experience. Her past projects looked attractive and her rate was competitive, and once we decided to go with her, she made things simple by putting together an initial plan that we were able to discuss and edit together, though we mostly went with Linda's original ideas. Installation and deinstallation was also smooth (no complaints from anyone else in the building—that doesn't always happen!) and our condo sold within a couple weeks.
