Aria Stone Gallery

Beware... My transaction with Aria Stone Gallery turned into a nightmare and I took 15K loss due to stones damage during transportation. Here are a few things I learned: 1. Aria Stone Gallery claims that all stones are insured, however, there is no true insurance but rather owner's guarantee 2. The company goes above and beyond to document stones BEFORE they leave their warehouse but takes no pictures on the condition at delivery 3. If you are not present at the delivery to inspect the stones, you're out of luck to claim any damage Overall, this is a small company with owner handing all transactions, customer is not protected, and there is no insurance.

Building a home in Santa Fe, New Mexico, we found the local sources for stone very limiting. Therefore we visited Dallas to find a better selection. One of the stone vendors we visited was Aria Stone Gallery. Overall their presentation was much better than the other businesses and they had a wider depth of interesting stones. We purchased 5 slabs for our kitchen and added 2 more within a couple weeks for the bathrooms and powder room. Shipping to New Mexico was quite easy and reasonably priced . . . $1,600 for the 7 slabs. We worked with Nick D'Anna the store manager and he was not only fun, but knowledgable and very efficient. As luck with have it, there was a glitch with one of the slabs sent which was problematic. Nick, being the rock star manager that he is, scheduled for it to be replaced with the slab off of the floor that we loved. He even paid for the shipping for the replacement slab out of his own pocket. That's the type of outstanding service and personal integrity we found at Aria. I would highly recommend them and, especially, Nick who was a pleasure to work with!

Where do I even begin? From start to finish Gabrielle and April went above and beyond in every single way imaginable. I did not feel like I was working with saleswomen, but artistic curators who knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. The only thing that could possibly compete with their hand picked selection of incredible materials (which left all the other places behind) is their customer service. And that's saying something. I was certainly not their biggest client, but I was treated like a very important one. Thank you girls! You helped me find the stone! I truly can't say enough positive things about this experience.

Aria has changed the client experience for the better! Beautiful natural stone slabs are displayed and mounted on the wall as if in a fine art gallery. Slabs change monthly. The best part is the price is listed right next to the slab. No misunderstandings about pricing. Their service and knowledge is without peer.
