Kevin Gray Interiors performed a miracle by providing the vision which transformed our 90’s house into a sophisticated lake house that is warm, welcoming and approachable. We are fortunate to live on a truly unique property and we wanted our home to be a waterside retreat, distinctly different from city-styled homes. Kevin combined his vast design experience and his exceptional listening skills of our requirements & desires to produce sketches and drawings that brought our dreams to life. Kevin created floorplans that flow to withstand the demands of family living with no wasted space. He found the perfect balance of my husband’s rustic style, with wood, stone and timber elements, blended with my desire for a softer look with texture and finishing accents. He worked tirelessly to ensure that no detail was overlooked, and the result produced a strong connection between the house and the natural landscape and water views outside. Technically, Kevin provided the required documents for building permits, for all the trades people who worked on the project, and selection sheets with hundreds of details kept organized. He kept us up to date on budget and was timely in his communication and deliverables. I highly recommend Kevin Gray Interiors and I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

Kevin worked with us on interior design options, providing very professional, high quality colour and style boards, and excellent ideas for pulling all of the components together to modernize and renovate the kitchen, dining and living rooms of our cedar log home within an urban setting. We retained Kevin Gray as our "interior architect" to design the interior of our cottage in the city. This project was a first for us so a daunting undertalking. Furthermore, the project is a timberframe home in the center of an urban environment which raised many design and code challenges.
