Our project with District Floor was a complete carpet replacement in our basement consisting of 3000 square feet. The team at District Floor was remarkable from the patience with our initial selection to include a creative wood and carpet combination to the installation, follow-up, and overall professional approach. In today’s competitive world of commodity products it is hard to find a vendor that delivers on their commitments. District Floor did exactly that and I would highly recommend them.

I’m glad I was able to find such a friendly store in a friendly neighborhood for all the flooring needs not only the store has all the flooring hardware that is needed with variety of choices and colors but also it has a staff that really understands the customer needs and unable to help. They were very patient when I was trying to find a specific product specific color that needs to go along with other floor. They were able to get out quickly. They were even very helpful over the phone and I was trying to explain what I need and that I would need from them to be able to complete my project , I definitely recommend this store

The service was superb starting with the contact with the store, making an appointment for a rep to come out with samples, setting up a date for installation and finally the floor being installed. District Floor Depot provided excellent service from start to finish when refinishing my entire downstairs floors. I requested an estimate upon a neighbor's referral and seeing many great detailed reviews. Mario came by quickly thereafter and spent a ton of time and consideration in explaining their process and recommendations for my floors. His expertise and professionalism is seriously way beyond the other companies who provided estimates for my project. Mario was able to schedule my project just a few days after I signed the contract and worked around my work schedule, to boot. He and his team -- Ever, Manuel, Gelsin, Isaiah, and Jose -- did everything with such extreme care and precision. From moving furniture and taking time with me to pick the stain color, to taking extra precautions around kitchen cabinets and appliances, these professionals are first class all the way. And Carlos was just so great in taking care of any and all questions I had with the project -- their responsiveness is amazing. I would give them more than five stars if possible -- and I definitely give District Floor Depot my highest recommendation. Don't plan a floor project without meeting with their team -- their capabilities are heads above the others.
