Sam, Brianna and their team are wonderful to work with. Sam is extremely knowledgeable about design, colour and construction. He is very creative and has great ideas. Brianna is a delight to work with; she takes care of all the details, including scheduling, ordering supplies, providing decorating advice and invoicing. We did a full renovation of our condo and they took care of all the details, preparing a package of all required information for the Condo Board which made our Renovation request to the Board a very simple process. The contract with Intelligent Design specifies a "significant completion" date for the project, which was adhered to. If there are any issues or concerns during or after the renovation, Sam and his team follow up immediately. We were very happy with the results of our renovation and highly recommend this company.

Can't say enough good things dealing with this company. In the end we we got exactly what we wanted without any regrets or changes we would have made to the project. They have a very logical efficient process that eases any kind of stress going through a major reno. Planning up front picking layout materials etc is so important and they make it easy with 3D visualizations sample materials, Their staff are so experienced and artistic that they open up a whole world of ideas that you may have never considered are been aware of. Budgeting and planning for any discovery working are also made clear right from the beginning. Once the renovation starts the company has the upmost respect of protecting your home and minimizing stress such as top notch containment of jobsite, daily housekeeping, protection of appliances and flooring etc. The workmanship is top notch high quality attention to detail. Customer follow is excellent if their are any concerns or issue that may arise even after completion; Sam or Brianna are on top of it immediately. In the end are project was highly successful, timely, on budget, highest of quality and workmanship, relatively stress free, and in the end no regrets at all. I am definitely going to using this company for any of my future renovations and would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Sam, Kate and the team. While other friends of ours struggled to get materials and projects finished due to COVID supply chain issues, our project landed on time. I appreciated Sam’s creative problem solving and Kate’s attention to managing all the details. When things weren’t to our liking, they immediately rectified them and offered creative solutions to unforeseen challenges. We did a bathroom, replaced tile and hardwood on our main floor and replaced our fence outside. We are really pleased with all the results and would definitely recommend Intelligent Design Group.

Sam and his team created a custom bar hutch for me, measuring the space, designing the unit, constructing and installing it. All was done on time and on budget and the result is spectacular. Few people enter our homes these days but all who have comment immediately on the beautiful unit.

Sam and his team renovated two bathrooms and a laundry room for us. Sam was professional and easy to communicate with. Sam gave us clear quotes that were easy to understand. Sam stayed on budget and we appreciated that he always checked on the quality of the final product. Kate was also a pleasure to deal with. Intelligent Design Group was very easy to work with and they had excellent advice to provide. Their work was top-notch and we had them tile a wall in our ensuite - with tiles they had procured and separately, they tiled our Fireplace, with tiles we brought in from another country. The Intelligent Design Group help my husband & I renovate our new condo. We downsized from a house & the Intellegent Team helped us visualize what space we were using in the house & how to change the condo into our new comfortable home. They co-ordinated the project from start to finish - as we were living outside of the city due to covid Their communication on budgeting as we progressed was great. Sam Regan and his team from Intelligent Design renovated two bathrooms for my husband and I in our tall, skinny, full-of-stairs townhouse condo. Sam was very pleasant and professional, very easy to communicate wth and easy to work with. He was responsive to ideas and questions. Sam gave us a proper quote with clear terms. Sam kept to his quoted timeline, even when he ran into a problem (not his fault) and had to take a couple of days to address it. The quality of Sam's work is very high, the finishing touches very well done. We would not hesitate to ask Sam to do another project for us.
