Cardel Homes

My advice to anyone considering getting a home, condo or townhome build by Cardel Home is to stay away. After we bought our townhome, the builder was still on site completing another townhome build. After they complete everything, we ended up with lots of issues including irrigation, sewage system, and many other issues. When the management board and management company tried to contact Cardel, They refuse to fix these issues and decline any other options to make them accountable for fixing them. This cost every townhome owner a lot of money to fix every year and still the expenses continue.

My husband and I built our first home in 2014 and had chosen Cardel as our builder. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. From start to finish from the sales team, to the designer to the warranty officer, we had nothing but an awesome experience with this company. We would definitely use them if we ever decided to build again.

When we moved to Calgary in 2014 we looked at numerous home builders and Cardel came up as #1. They built us a home with excellence and the service was extraordinary. Thanks Cardel!

I couldn't recommend these guys strongly enough. I'm currently in the process of building an Orleans 2 model with Cardel Homes and have been interacting very closely with Cardel Designs on the homes finishes. The Design process is broken up into 3 meetings throughout the home building process. The first focuses on your construction specifications, things like exterior finishes, furnace, AC, etc. Meeting number two is all about the kitchen and cabinetry throughout the home, you can tour one of 5 fully functioning model kitchens in their design center to see many of the options available for your kitchen. This is a great asset as it helps you visualize all the possibilities. Meeting number three is all about the interior finishes, selecting trim colors, door profiles, counter tops, tile, carpet, hardwood etc. This meeting is exciting and they do a great job of bringing all the elements together to give you a good idea of what it all will look like together. The strongest benefit of using Cardel Designs is their design center, everything is under one roof and makes the process so simple. You don't have to worry about running around to each individual supplier throughout the process. Their design staff is very professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Great team to work with that makes the process easy and comfortable.
