Wes and Shawn built our home in 2011. I cannot recommend them enough. They have incredible attention to detail, craftmanship and skill. Shawn is so talented in understanding your wants and needs, and making them come to life. Wes is great at crunching the necessary numbers, and providing clarity throughout the process.

We couldn't been happier with our new kitchen! Throughout the process, Pinnacle Properties maintained open communication, followed through on all they said they would, and delivered the project within budget and on time. Shawn and Wes listened to our preferences and offered several ideas (both aesthetic and functional) that have become some of our favorite elements of the kitchen. Their commitment to craftsmanship allowed us to create a kitchen that blends in with our 1930s home. We particularly appreciate the quality of the custom cabinets, tile work and the attention to detail in creating the entry arch, replicated trim, and matching the wood flooring to the rest of the house, While our project was smaller in scope, we felt Shawn and Wes were still extremely committed to us and our project. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering ground-up construction or a major renovation of the home.

Pinnacle has done three projects for me in the last two years, including a complete remodel of a 3700 sq ft brick ranch in a prestigious neighborhood, renovation of a 26 stall horse barn, and substantial remodel of a trailer home. The quality of Pinnacle's work has been excellent, the construction staff professional and courteous, and the overall business transaction more than satisfactory.

I hired Pinnacle to build our new home and not only did they do an incredible job (the plans had some different and hard to do design elements), but they were able to problem solve and do an amazing job. Their work was impeccable, the crew was respectful and talented, and they addressed any issues we ran into promptly. I would hire Pinnacle over and over again for any construction needs I might have in the future.

I cannot recommend Pinnacle more highly! Shawn was on site doing work himself 95% of the time. His crew is friendly and respectful. Most have worked for him for years. The attention to detail was impressive. His advice was much appreciated. They were very fair about pricing things I wanted to add. And they didn't charge for some extras.
