Be aware of return policy. They charged shipping cost and 20% restocking fee that they say 'may apply'. I thought I was buying something I'd love and I didn't. It cost me far to much that next time I'll find another store to shop from that has better service.

I recently spent over a week working with an associate to purchase over $20,000 of furniture to my home. Once we had the details and pricing worked out the sales associate said I need to pay in full even though the order would not be ready till October. I said I have never heard of pay in full usually it's a 3rd down now and remainder when delivery is scheduled. Their answer was we can't afford to offer that, you other option is to apply for credit with them which I said no to. I spoke to a manager which resulted in nothing. I went to another local store, got the exact same order filled in one day, $2,000 less and they only wanted a third down now on my credit card. Be careful and shop around. And let me add I asked to speak to the owner and the answer was that's not possible. I guess a $20,000 order is nothing to them. I still have more furniture to buy but the new store I found will get that business

I can’t say enough about them. They redid the exterior of my home long distance. I am now doing several More projects with them and I consider them the best there is in the design industry! I can’t thank them enough!

Alice Lane boasts a fantastic team of designers and never fails to deliver a superior design and install. I have always struggled to bring what I envision for my home to life and Alice Lane absolutely helped those dreams become a reality. It's like they took my style and made the best possible version of it for my home. They are extremely organized and hit their deadlines and everything is very visual so you have a clear vision from the start of where you will end up. Jessica has built an incredible company and it was my privilege to have them work on my home.

I've worked with both stylist (Jen) and design team (Suzanne and Stephanie). My experience with both was exceptional. I chose to work with a stylist on the furnishing of a small tv room to which I already had an inspiration to follow. Jen was really great at helping make this inspiration come to life, but with my own personal twist. It's beautiful. I chose to work with the design team on a trickier space that also happened to be the first room you see upon entering my home. Their design completely exceeded all my expectations. I'm still waiting on the installation of this room, but I look forward to the completion daily! The ordering process is made extremely easy and they give weekly emailed updates of estimated delivery dates- bonus! Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I purchased a bed and couch for our master bedroom from Alice Lane a few months ago. The design and purchase process (we worked with Kim) was amazing and the gentlemen who installed and set up were top notch professionals. We could not be more pleased with our purchase!

I have worked with the Alice Lane team on two different projects (remodel and new construction) now and each time they have surpassed my expectations. They are always mindful of my budget and somehow mix my old furniture with the new, and make everything blend perfectly. It's like my old furniture and my new beautiful furniture were meant for one another. They're experience/ability with choosing paint colors, finish work, cabinetry, hardware, fixtures, furniture, and even advice on working with different subcontractors is second to none. I had a guest bathroom that needed a genuine face lift. Was so happy that Jessica And Suze had wonderful ideas of which we utilized each. I did it in my time frame and budget. It was and still is one of my favorite rooms in my home. I know, funny.... my guest bath.

I worked with Matt Dickamore, one of the senior designers and it had been a pleasure. Very professional, listened to my concerns, gave great suggestions and was never critical of what I did on my own, but teied to incorporate it and found ways to make it work. I found the items purchased through them very expensive. I had hoped to get better deals therefore did most of the shooping on my own. Highly recommended

The designers are fabulous, the lines they carry are dreamy, and the staff is absolutely the best. Their transitional style is so fresh and inspiring. And if you're not in the market to design a home, at least stop by their blog or visit their showroom to dream of your future and meet the lovely group of Alice Lane ladies.

Store has pieces for the whole house, excellent sense of style and always helpful and kind. Will help you design your space, accessible store, great pieces that will last.

I love everything at Alice Lane!!!! The products, service and quality. Christy designed my family room. She present me with drawings, product pictures and photos. I am in the process of getting of putting my room together right now. I can wait to see the finished product! Incredible company! LOVE.
