Studio Stratton is top notch and Lance and Marcie are wonderful to work with. Their studio in Kensington is a great space with a huge array of samples for inspiration. We loved the ideas Lance came up with for our kitchen remodel and were impressed by his vast knowledge of not just cabinets, but also tiles, countertops, hardware, and basically all things kitchen. His experience and knowledge made the design and selection process easy and seamless. Lance and Marcie are great communicators, responsive, professional, and very friendly. We highly recommend Studio Stratton to anyone looking for kitchen design and/or cabinets!

This was our first remodel which naturally created a lot of anxiety and stress. However, working with Lance and Rebecca put our minds at ease. They guided us through the process, listened to our concerns and answered our endless questions. I had a vision of what I wanted our kitchen, office and powder room to become and the collaborative effort between us turned my vision into reality; even better than expected! We used Studio Stratton for a major renovation in our historically designated Kensington home. A full Kitchen, 2 baths, laundry room, including floor plan changes and more. Simply put, we ended up with a fantastic result that we could not be happier with. The final product exceeded our expectations and hopes. The creativity, experience, and vision that Lance and Marcie bring to a project is hard to put into words. If you're looking for a designer to help you with a home remodel, you need not look any further; Lance Stratton is amazing! He helped transform my 1970's Track-Home kitchen/family room into a dream kitchen. I had no idea where to start, and had never used a designer before; frankly, I was a little intimidated to try it. Wow, was I ever happy I brought Lance into the picture! He was a pleasure to work with, so talented, artistic, down-to-earth; full of great ideas, knowledgeable about every aspect of the remodel, and always a calming influence on me as I agonized over decisions. He has incredible artistic talent, not only for drawing blueprints, but also for sketching 3-dimensional pictures of what everything will look like, and where it will go. At one visit, when I was confused about where I would be cooking, he drew a quick sketch (drawing it upside down in front of me so it would be oriented for my view), of me standing and cooking on my new island! If I called Lance with a question, he promptly got back to me. If we made an appointment for him to stop by to check on something, he was always on time. If our contractor couldn't find an engineer to help with a structural plan, Lance had two numbers of excellent ones to call. Every step of the way, Lance was available, patient, and just a super nice person to work with. He helped me pick cabinets, flooring, hardware, appliances; always going through pros and cons, style differences, patiently answering question after question. My kitchen is a dream, simple, elegant, wonderful to cook in; I find myself looking forward everyday to walking into that room, and am so grateful to Lance for helping me realize that dream.

I worked with Lance to completely gut and remodel the kitchen in my home. The kitchen in my house has a very unusual layout, but he was able to create the best design possible for the space. He listened to my input and made smart suggestions that resulted in a beautiful room in my home where we enjoy spending our time. I have now been cooking in the kitchen for a few years, and can confirm that William Ohs cabinets are excellent quality. We cook every day, but the cabinets still look as good as when they were installed. The cabinet installer that he sent was excellent as well, and a joy to have in my home. I strongly recommend Lance for thoughtful design and quality product and installation.
