As a remodeler I have on several occasions had the need for professional assistance with structural load calculations, beam sizing, and general design ideas for home additions. Robert is who I call on for this help. Having someone who knows what he's doing and responds timely is invaluable. Robert and the entire staff at Habitations are great.

Aaron Michelle was a delight to work with! My wife and I needed help on a major remodel in Ormewood Park. It was our first reno project. Aaron Michelle was a patient guide who provided excellent recommendations on interior architecture, space utilization and workflows, and materials selections. Oh man! So many decisions to make! I don't know how we'd have finished this without her help.

Aaron Michelle Platt-Baker has been one of the most helpful individuals I have ever hired for any project. Not only was she exceptionally knowledgable about every aspect of the design and construction process. She was also kind, patient and incredibly easy to work with. She tailored to our difficult schedules. We have never done a home remodeling project before as we are first time home owners and Aaron was able to coach us and guide through every single step. I couldn't dream of doing another construction project without her. The people at Habitations will get you an end product you love but more importantly are wonderful people to work with. I would not reccomend working with anyone but Aaron and Habitations.

Habitations did a fantastic job. They (Aaron Michelle) were with me during the entire process of renovating my bathroom. From picking out the design and the specific materials, to being in communication whenever I needed them while the actual work was being done, their service was an A+. I highly recommend!

Rob and his organization were involved in a major renovation of my 80 year old home. It required re-engineering of many things including the moving of the steps going down to the basement to changing the footprint of the home on the lake side. It was no small task. Their creative ideas and plans made it easy for me to look at options in a way that made it easy and a lot less stressful to decide on what worked best for us.
