Lynch Construction & Remodeling

My wife and I have worked with several contractors over the years, but Lynch Construction and Remodeling is the best of them. Mike and his crew were professional, prompt, hard-working and talented. They did a major addition on our home that we had been planning for years. Our expectations were high, but the final product Mike and his team delivered was better than we expected. Furthermore, the process itself was virtually painless as Mike and his team are excellent communicators, are completely fair and are a pleasure to work with. Parents themselves they were great with our kids. Not only did they have great design suggestions to make it a better final product for our kids, but they were great in their daily interactions with our 2 daughters. Our girls still talk about them today. In fact our entire family wholeheartedly would recommend Mike and Lynch Construction and Remodeling.

We were very happy with the work that Mike did remodeling both our kitchen and our family bathroom. Mike was readily available, easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with what stage the projects were at. Both projects finished within the anticipated time frame and were on budget. We continue to get compliments on our kitchen constantly!

We hired Lynch construction to remodel our basement and convert our unfinished basement to a playroom for our young children and a laundry room. They were very responsive, thorough and stuck to our budget. Mike was very personable and checked in often with his progress throughout the job, which was completed on schedule. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

They redid the kitchen, opened walls into my living room and took down a wall between the dining room and kitchen. Clean, organized and professional. Usually contractors sell you a bill of goods Mike and his team deliver. They explain everything daily, clean up daily and explain what they are doing next. I felt very well informed during my project with them. Other contractors left me in the dark. After the project I would call occasionally about a question. They got right back to me every time. Great company, great people.

Mike Lynch not only introduced us to our architect, but also brought on board talented and professional subs with whom we still interact on smaller needs. Lynch and his team are communicative, fair and price conscious, cooperative and creative. There were some very tricky problems to solve with turning a 1929 house built on ledge into a modern space, but Lynch, his team and our architect brought their A-game to this. We recommend them whole heartedly.

Mike Lynch and his team moved heaven and earth to build an entire second story onto our raised ranch. They spent hours talking to us before we signed a contract, itemized the budget and matched their original estimate, and got the job done AHEAD of schedule. We can't recommend them enough and will continue to use Mike and his team for our home improvements over the years.

Mike and his team added a laundry room and finished my basement. They even added a play house under the stairs complete with a window and door which my kids love. Easy to work with and high quality results.
