This company is a complete SCAM and will quote you on work that is unnecessary in order for them to make more money off of people's situation. They said I needed to break concrete and that I needed extensive work in order to fix a small leak (totaling $6.5 - 7.5K) - This turned out to be completely factitious! All that was needed to be fixed was a small pipe that SoCal gas suspected the gas leak to stem from. They took advantage that a storm was coming through and that we had our gas turned off. The problem could have been fixed same day and no where near their quoted price tag! In addition, their manager, Neil, provided terrible customer service and this company did not stand by their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee they state on their site and folders.
