LUXOR Pool

Project was not started in a timely manner and deposit was returned by the company after it was requested.

I received multiple bids for my projects and chose LUXOR Pools as they were clearly more professional than the other vendors I contacted. Terry contacted me right away and was always on time for each of our meetings. He brought out product samples and made it very easy for us to make our final selections. They weren't the cheapest vendor we contacted. But we certainly don't regret selecting them. The crew did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves the way we would expect. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Now we will be enjoying our new pool this spring/summer.

I hired Terry Miller at LUXOR Pool to resurface my pool in December 2020. LUXOR gave me the highest bid but their reviews were good and I wanted the best quality and didn't mind paying a bit more to get it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at the very beginning of the job as LUXOR drained our pool but left the new pump running dry for at least 3 days while we were out of town. Not a great start but humans make mistakes so maybe things will get better. LUXOR gave us middle of the road quality at the highest bid. Their attention to detail was not up to par. There were a handful of issues -- one example being the wall fittings aren't installed flush with the surface and are sticking out from the side of the pool. It's disappointing to say the least. Terry Miller promised that they'd fix all these issues but it's been 8 months and numerous calls have gone unreturned so I'm guessing he wasn't exactly telling the truth. Or, giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're just really slow with customer service. LUXOR Pool might do a good job cleaning your filters and traps but I wouldn't trust them with much more than that.

If you need a miracle worker, as well as someone that will be prompt, courteous and attentive to your needs, look no further!! Steven at Luxor Pools is amazing! I had several people that said, no you have to drain it and start over! But Steven was willing to at least try!! And in just a few visits it looks good as new. He really went above and beyond, and delivered excellent results to what I was afraid was a lost cause!! My heart felt thanks to Steven and Lixor Pools for going above and beyond! OH!! ONE MORE VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR!!! He knew what the under lying problems and causes were After just a few minutes!! Issues with the size equipment and valves!! I have been fighting this pool for 3 or 4 years, I was to the point I was ready to fill it in!! They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. And for what all they did I feel like the price was totally fair!! And that is coming from an old lady on a fixed income!! You will not be sorry if you work with Steven at Lixor Pools

My pool water had become cloudy and totally unbalanced. My previous pool vendor couldn’t seem to get a handle on it so I reached out to LUXOR Pool. They came out and did a comprehensive water analysis and showed me the results. Come to find out my old pool vendor was only testing 4 chemicals each week and LUXOR tests up to 12 chemicals each week. This allowed LUXOR to quickly determine the problem and get my pool back in shape. Now that I understand the difference between LUXOR and other pool vendors, I plan on sticking with them for a long time.
