Terrible experience. I messaged on houzz about my roof leaking. They later called asked me for my monthly utility bill amount and if my credit score was above 600 on the first call. They later explained that they ask for the utility bill amount because their was a state program that would cover part of the cost, but I later found out that it was only for solar and that wasn't the service I was requesting. The credit score I later found out was because they could finance the roof repair, which again was not something I requested but was good to know. After an initial reschedule, I was told that someone would come and the appointment would take 1 hour. During that call they again asked me for my monthly utility bill and credit score, which shows a lack of internal communication. Someone came, I told them the issue, and asked if they wanted to go on the roof to take a look and they declined. They did provide a quote, but seemed like they wanted me to commit on the spot. I told them I had to speak to my fiancée and that we were getting quotes from other companies as well so I couldn't commit then. I asked to them to send a follow up email with the quote and they agreed. I called them back after they reached out with a follow up call and they mentioned that they thought I wasn't interested anymore. I let them know that their internal communication needed to improve and that although I was initially still interested after the experience I had I would not be working with them.
