Extremely happy with the work that Jake and the RoofsOnly.com team did replacing my roof. They also gave us great material to review with the HOA.. In the end, we went with a higher grade GAF TImberline HDZ Class 4 - Weathered Wood. It really looks amazing. Their "Catch All" home protection process was impressive and effective, and the roof removal and replacement was extremely professional. I had a great experience with RoofsOnly.com. Last fall 2025, they replaced the roof, installed new gutters, and replaced the fence. My roof has been in bad shape for a while, finding loose shingles in the yard, squirrels getting in the attic, patching holes again and again, just throwing money away. This has been STRESS FOR YEARS and I needed help. I found RoofsOnly from high reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. When Jake arrived for the inspection, I knew he was THE ONE, he's super friendly and knowledgeable. He took many detailed photos of the house using a drone. Jake was able to explain many issues of the roof, and by the end of the day, I know best option was to replace it. When he sent me the proposal the next day, I was pleasantly surprised... way more affordable then I expected. I did a little research of the materials they use - it's all high-quality stuff. Once I gave a green light, they found a day available that week, Halloween Day. The crew arrived early in the morning and went straight to work. The demolition was satisfying... seeing a giant truck filled all the old shingles, rotted wood, rusted nails, all the problems just sent away... Bye-bye! The crew chief, Rogelio, was fantastic. He kept everything on track and answered me questions along the way. I was at awe watching them work, they were so efficient, no moment was wasted.
