Custom Bookcase Builders

“Hire Rick! You won’t be disappointed. We are so happy with how our custom built-in turned out. Rick is incredibly talented and the quality of his work really shows. He came to our home, measured everything himself, listened to what we wanted, offered helpful recommendations, and then custom-built the entire piece at his shop. Once he finishes building everything at his shop, he brings it to your home and installs it, making sure each piece fits beautifully in your space. Rick prides in the fact that he uses quality materials and can really customize the details including adding lighting, which made such a difference in the finished piece. Our project was a large custom built-in/bookcase next to our fireplace, and it turned out beautiful. It feels substantial, well made, and truly custom to the space. The project did take a little longer than the original estimated timeframe, so I would recommend allowing some flexibility with timing when planning your project. That said, Rick was always responsive when I reached out, kept communication open, and ultimately delivered a piece we are extremely happy with. It’s so beautiful I don’t even think I want to paint it. But I will eventually. But that just goes to show how beautiful the piece is. If you do need a painter, he has a great recommendation for someone to finish the painting, since that portion is handled separately. If you are looking for custom woodworking and care about craftsmanship and quality, I would absolutely recommend Rick. He clearly takes pride in what he builds, and the final result was worth it for us. We love the finished piece and hope to enjoy it for many years.”

“I recently ordered some custom shelving and Scott provided top notch craftsmanship. He listened closely to my preferences and followed them exactly. Scott was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. He was even able to fit me in between two other jobs, which was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!”

“Mike took my vision and made it a reality. He built 2 platform beds that act as a couch when put together. I came to him with images and and he worked with me to create a final product that I would love. I highly recommend Mike. After having my custom couch for a few weeks, I can attest to the quality and durability of his work. Working with Mike was a pleasure and I look forward to having him build my next custom piece!”
