We contracted for a particularly complicated project requiring lots of engineering, coordination and attention to detail. The pool, water features, deck and retaining walls are beautiful. It was a challenge to coordinate and complete, and the effort is greatly appreciated. We are thrilled with the end product - exactly what we hoped for from the start.

From initial consultation and design (Zach is amazing to work with) through construction and the last few finishing touches , the Johnson Pools team was responsive, quality oriented and professional. My family loves the wonderful pool and outdoor space Johnson Pools built for us and would recommend them for anyone considering a pool/spa/outdoor living area.

I had a great experience with Johnson Pools. Johnson Pools came highly recommended from a friend and we were very pleased with our finished outdoor space. The quality and professionalism of the staff was excellent. They were able to help us create the outdoor space of our dreams and stay on budget. I would like to thank Johnson pools for an outstanding job on our new pool. The site was extremely tight and we had to coordinate the construction of our pool house/garage with the construction of our pool. They were extremely helpful with the tile, coping and pebble tech selections we ultimately chose. Thanks guy's for a great pool, happy swimming.

My husband and I met and interviewed with 3 pool companies before deciding on IF we even were going to pull the trigger and get a pool. One was expensive and not very attentive, the other was aiming to sell only on price (giving us a "you pay for what you get" type of feel,) and finally we met with Zach at Johnson Pools who painted a picture for us of exactly what we wanted. JP was not the cheapest but they also were not the most expensive of our quotes. I feel like they were able to customize for us and work within our budget. Both Zach and Steve made themselves available for questions and concerns we had. Zach even went out of his way and met me at the tile place to help decide the coping/ tile/ and pavers. I would highly recommend Johnson Pools and Zach is one of the best sales reps I have ever worked with. We are looking forward to enjoying our first full season!

Johnson installed my pool with the pretense that my pool would be a lagoon shape. Unfortunately, the lagoon looks like a pointed arrow. They blew out my back basement door during the install, did not tell me the heater I purchased could not be connected to my existing propane tank (which would have cost thousands more for a new tank), the fountain had to be redone twice, and the staircase cracked every year for three years ruining my plaster, killed several large trees including a white oak by cutting into the roots by the install, and my pool is not level :( Johnson would not stand behind their mistakes installing the pool. Instead they blamed Top Gun (the plaster company) but it was Johnson that stalled having the water filled back into the pool leaving my plaster exposed to heat without water in the pool. Also, there was a season where frost was on the ground and because Johnson wasn't making any money off of repairing their cracked staircase and tiles, I was sweeping the newly installed plaster (for two weeks 4 times per day) and had to keep the pool open during the fall and almost into winter. Would never use Johnson again and have not recommended them to colleagues or friends.

Johnson Pools was a pleasure to deal with. Right from the beginning, they were professional in every way. Our project was made difficult by all the rain we had during construction, but somehow, John and his team completed it on schedule. The pool is beautiful and exceeds anything that we ever expected.

Mike and Zach did an AMAZING job putting in our beautiful pool. They were prompt (came in before estimated completion date), always available to answer questions, and extremely professional. I have already recommended them to a friend who was just as elated with their product and service as we were. Every company should be run the way Johnson Pools is run. They are the best. Hands down! Johnson Pools constructed a new pool for us from June until early Aug. 2014. We had an excellent experience with them. We had checked 5 references prior to selecting Johnson Pools and all 5 had an excellent experience similar to ours. The pool was constructed on time, the worksite clean and the project came in on budget. The owner, Mike, and his team had great vision on how to build the pool taking advantage of the natural slope in our backyard. The two waterfalls were constructed so we could view them from our kitchen table and family room windows and from our master bedroom. The owner personally inspected the work and trained us on how to care for the pool. The staff is well trained and the store staff are available to answer questions and provide assistance. We are thrilled with the finished project. We also had landscaping done by them which has enhanced the value of our property and the look of the pool. We highly recommend Johnson Pools.

We were very pleased with Johnson Pools and highly recommend them. We considered several companies for our pool project, and chose JP because of their 35+ years of experience and ability to provide personal attention to our project without handing us off from one person to the next. They were very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and their communications regarding the project were outstanding from start to finish. They provided excellent design consultation and ample opportunities to visit existing installations to help in the decision-making process so that we could feel comfortable with our selections for the pool interior, coping, tile, design, etc. They used high-tech software that modeled our design quickly and allowed for easy modifications. The pool turned out beautifully, featuring 3 sheer descents, a great lighting package, bluestone coping and pebble sheen interior. The other impressive thing about Johnson Pools is they did a superb job of coordinating with the other contractors on site - our deck contractor, the patio contractor. We can't say enough great things about this company and are so grateful that we chose them to install our pool!

The Johnson Pool Company allowed my wife and myself to reacquaint ourselves with the meaning of the word 'punctuality' -- for no company that we have done business with has ever been more punctual, professional and fair in their negotiations with us. When an unusual stain began to appear throughout our pool, several years later, this was reported to the personnel that had overseen the construction of the pool in 2004. They were at our home the same afternoon to assess the problem. In the course of a week a pool-remolding crew arrived with jackhammers, air powered chisels and several plaster masons. Watching their astonishing display of camaraderie for two full days while our pool was being re-worked seemed like a true revival of the American way of how to get construction projects accomplished. Our pool now reflects its' opening day brilliance!
