Carin did a kitchen backsplash and finished some work that was left from having fired our last tiler. Carin was very professional. She arrived when she said she would and finished when she said she would be. She cleaned up as she went. She was absolutely meticulous about cleanliness and quality - tiles were all evenly spaced, no wasting or breaking of tiles, her estimation of the amount of tiles was spot-on. Never damaged anything. She was always polite, accommodating, didn't smoke or play loud music. Price was reasonable based on other quotes received and the type of grout that was used (took a bit more work and preparation). We will hire her again for our downstairs work.

Carin did an excellent job on our fireplace reface. Her detailed and precise work, combined with her creativity, made for a great outcome. Carin was a delight to work with and engaged us in all aspects of the project.

I would recommend Carin to anyone looking to have tile work done. It took a bit of time to establish a start date because of demand for her services, but once she started she worked non stop only taking a small break for lunch each day. Clean up at the end of each day was perfect. My wive and I are extremely pleased with the end result. We were also able to enjoy the pleasure of Carin's company as she worked. We have recommended her to anyone who has come in and seen the completed project. To anyone considering getting some tiling done, I would highly recommend giving Carin a call.

Carin tiled a bathroom for us. Her attention to detail and craftsmanship resulted in an outstanding finished product. Grout lines are perfectly straight and fitted around the tub with exact care. Carin did the tile and stone work in our new home including the kitchen, fireplace, rock wall, and 5 bathrooms. She was one of few contractors that cared and did the job right. Carin did a beautiful job doing our backsplash. From the first contact with the job estimation I felt confident in her abilities and knowledge as an installer. She took great efforts in protecting our cabinets and countertops and left the area clean afterwards.

We are most grateful to the salesman at Tile Town who gave us Carin's contact information. He said she was picky and that customer feed back had been positive. I called her, asked her a few questions and was confident she was indeed meticulous, skilled and enthusiastic to take on our shower renovation. She tore out our concrete shower, rebuilt an enclosure using wedi board ( She is a certified wedi installer.), designed and built a wall niche, waterproofed the bathroom floor, tiled the shower, behind the toilet, the floor and backsplash. We also had her tile the mainbath floor, design and install a backsplash/mirror feature and install tile in the half bath. We sourced and purchased our tiles but Carin estimated quantities and supplied all other materials. She also installed the glass shower doors, lights and mirrors. She was willing to take on any tasks we asked her to do and accepted a helping hand when it was offered or needed. Carin was reasonably priced, punctual, tidy, friendly and extremely skilled in her craft. She did provide custom solutions for our bath renovations and we could not be more pleased.
