Lp Innovations was hired to redo two bathrooms in my home. I cannot tell you how ugly they both were to begin with. The owner spent a considerable amount of time with me upfront to make sure that the end product would meet my expectations. Both bathrooms turned out absolutely beautiful. The vision that was created included tile recommendations, layout and execution. The execution was started and completed without a hitch. The owner was professional and considerate in every way. Although every project creates some distrubance to your normal living he was very conscientious about keeping the disturbance to a minimum. The owner is truly an artist. He takes tremendous pride in the work that he performs and ensures that every detail was completed to my satisfaction. My bathrooms went from ugly ducklings to things of beauty. My husband and I recently hired LP Innovations to do the tile work for our master bath remodel, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. This is a company that strives for excellence and professionalism in their work, and as a result we got a dream bathroom at a reasonable cost, and the remodeling process itself was actually kind of fun! This is the person to hire if you really want do your tile project right. The first thing to understand about owner Larry Price is that he is no mere contractor; he is a craftsman. He takes pride in doing his work well, and the level of precision he achieves with his tile setting is phenomenal. He also has a good eye for and appreciation of aesthetics, and enjoys taking on design challenges. I designed some unusual curved tile and river rock features for our bathroom, things that most contractors would have shied away from, but Larry was happy to do something difficult and innovative. Larry is also a master of function as well as form. He installed a state-of-the-art, German-engineered lining system for our walk-in shower that will never allow mold to grow in the walls. The result is that we have a truly unique, beautiful, and healthy bathroom that looks very high end, but for a mid-level price tag. Another distinguishing trait of LP Innovations is the level of professionalism that Larry exhibits. Larry is one of the very few tile setters who is a member of the national tile contractors association in the Boulder area, and the fact that he is a member of the national professional association for his trade makes a big difference in how he approaches his work. He came to tile setting after many years of working a desk job in high tech because he wanted to do something more creative and work with his hands, but he has kept the work ethic of a professional environment. Larry will do whatever it takes to get the job done right, even if it takes considerably more time and effort on his part. It was great to work with a responsible person who not only did a beautiful job with his part of the bathroom remodel, but also helped me make design decisions and find qualified contractors for the other parts of the project. With Larry as my tile setter, I did not need a general contractor to pull the project together. In fact, I think a general contractor would have gotten in the way of the creative process and slowed down the progress of the job, in addition to driving up the cost. It is also worth mentioning that Larry is simply a very pleasant person to have working in one’s home. He has an affable personality, is always considerate and on time, and cleans up his work space every night. So while you can trust LP Innovations to do any kind of tile work well, Larry’s talents really shine in the creative and high-end tile projects. This is the company to call for projects like fancy bathroom remodels, custom kitchen back splashes, and artistic fire place hearths. We cannot recommend them more highly!

Larry Price replaced the tile, backer board, vapor barrier, and fixtures in my shower/tub area. Very easy to work with did a very good job. Would definitely call on Larry again for a future tiling project.

Larry installed a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. He recommended where I could get a good price on tile and suggested the perfect grout color that complements the kitchen in my 1940s house. It was a difficult job and it turned out beautifully.
