My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

David Clark of ModCraft is that rare breed of artist and true business person. I have worked with ModCraft on a number of projects and each time I'm so very pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship and the customer service involved. This is true even (and perhaps particularly) with custom work. David is creative, forward-thinking and a diligent worker. He attacks (and solves) problems with gusto and verve. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for first class innovative tile products and to anyone in need of attentive service.

Commented: What brand is that sink?A very late response our guess is a Kohler Farmhouse sink. Many other brands make Modern farmhouse sinks. you will need to find one that fits your requirements. Start with your local fixture showro...
