My bet is that those shelves were custom made as most everything in this apartment was. But, I also bet there is a very minimal not too Ikea solution at ikea......or if you have a local metal shop it wouldn't be too expensive to have them bend some metal and powder coat them for you. then you could use heavy wall anchors to fasten them to the wall
