Liliana was an amazing help throughout my bathroom design process. She helped pick tiles within my budget (patiently and even dropped off samples when I couldn't make store hours due to my work schedule!), showed me what the tile would look like completed and renovated in my bathroom as a 3D rendering, made purchasing easy by delivering my tiles the next day! Seriously amazing products and even more impressive is the outstanding service. Definitely a nice change than dealing with the big box stores! Highly recommend TDI.

Lily has been terrific throughout the process of our projects, from start to end. We had two our bathrooms completely redone and other small areas around the house. Lily is patient, creative, proactive and goes above and beyond for more than one occasion to get the tiles in time for our contractor. I'm glad to have found Liliana. She was referred to me by my contractor. She was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the tiles & glass mosaic for my bathroom renovation when I was undecided by process of elimination. Very helpful. Helps you with your vision, provides options, taking into account style, pricing, time, etc. Provides combinations that could work well and design diagrams are very helpful to visualize. Maybe a little more feedback on what construction issues and maintenance needs could be encountered depending on materials used, would help round out the professional's overall service. Professional worked well with reorders and changes which was very appreciated.

I am so glad I found Liliana!!! She had a great tile selection, was able to order additional samples for me to look at, and was so helpful and attentive. She really helped me visualize the space I was working with and has great design software to help with planning projects. Liliana helped us with designing our kitchen back splash as well as the tile floor in our elevator. Her workshop is plain but she has access to a vast supply of materials and designs. She is very knowledgeable about the characteristics of different stones and how they play out in certain environment. She's also very patient and always able to locate the product we need, no matter how rare and obscure they are. The tile guy (Carlos) she recommended did an excellent job too. Overall we are very satisfied with the outcome and will certainly go back to Lilian for any future tiling project.

Lilly was my hero! She helped me pick tile for my kitchen backsplash and got it for me in just two days because we were on a super tight schedule! She went way above what she would have to do and personally delivered the tile to my house and even organized grout for me on a last minute call. She was always responsive and followed up.
