I chose Caesarstone Empire White for our Kitchen counters and Island as this is the most beautiful Quartz stone I have ever seen, we visited ceasarstone warehouse in NJ to see the full slab b4 buying the product, the product is stunning and gives a luxurious marble look.
We were confused between Calcutta Nuvo and Empire White, both are gorgeous stones , finally ended choosing Empire white as the white color is more brighter and pattern is subtle, also this is the newest design from Caesarstone.
Maintenance of this product is super easy , the surface is non porous so any stain can be easily wiped off with soap and water. For stubborn stains like wine , marker ink etc , I use Mr.Clean sponge or cholera wipes .This is the best product available in the marker interms of quality and asthetics, yes price is on the higher side but the product speaks for itself as we visited many quartz dealers like Silestone and Cambria before finalizing on Caesarstone. I love my Caesarstone counters, this review I am writing after using the counters for past 4 months.

CS customer service is horrible. My counters were delayed by months and I was promised $100/week for the delay. Alternatiavely, I could have picked a substitute color, which I wanted to do, but the rep was so unresponsive that the original color was avilable before I could get any information about the substitutes.
As soon as my counters were installed and I was supposed to get compensation for the delay, the rep stopped replying completely. I then wrote a letter to the North America President Ken Williams and cc'ed top CS executives with detailed information about the problems I experienced. I mailed this a month ago and have received no response.
Given all the problems I've seen people having trying to use the lifetime warranty, I wish I had picked a different brand of quartz. It seems hard to believe that CS is still in business given these pervasive problems.

not the hardest surface on earth as said on google, I have had my Caesarstone counter for 2 years, they made the edge so sharp it chips at anything very easily, can't get anyone from ceasarstone come to see the counter.
now it will cost me $650 to get the edge rounded.
not putting quartz in my cottage.

We had Caesarstone counters installed in the summer of 2017; color is Concrete 2003. Within a few months we started to notice small chips in the surface that looked like white dots. There are now over a dozen small chips in the counter surface all over the kitchen. We are not unusually hard on our counters; in fact I would say we are more careful than many folks. The counters seem to be chipping at random and at every chip the white interior material shows. I contacted customer service and was told surface chips are not covered by the warranty. I wish we had never purchased Caesarstone! I do NOT recommend them.

Caesarstone was a dream to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and the product looks gorgeous in our cake shop. I have always installed Caesarstone in my home kitchens, but am incredibly impressed with how durable and beautiful they are in a commercial environment.

We just recently opened up a shop in Los Angeles, CA and hired Caesarstone to make all of our countertops and we couldn't be more thrilled with them. We chose the Frosty Carrina for all the different areas of our store and they fit the open, airy look perfectly. They're amazingly sturdy and it also helps so much that they are stain resistant as we have a bakery and events regularly in our shop! We've even tested it with wine and it comes right off! Their customer service was great and detailed and they made sure we got exactly what we needed and followed up afterwords! 10/10 would recommend!

Purchased countertop
The Caesarstone quartz countertop we purchased from a local vender cracked after a little more than a year. The crack is about 10 inches long. I filed a claim with their warranty department almost a year ago, and it is still yet to be resolved. I received a couple of phone calls from them, but they've otherwise been completely ignoring me. I send them an email or call about every 3-4 weeks to follow up, and I haven't heard back in about 3-4 months.

I am only giving this a one star because that is the lowest I can give. This company manufactured the counter that I purchased through IKEA. They sub-contracted a company called INTELCO to install the counter. Two years after the install, I noticed a crack in the counter. I located my paperwork and was pleased to notice that the counter had a lifetime warranty. LOL...What a joke. I called IKEA, who directed me to INTELCO. INTELCO sent out a rep to inspect the counter. He tried to tell me that the counter did not feel as smooth in one spot as it did in others which meant there was something hot placed on the counter. This spot was no where near the crack. I do not remember placing anything on the counter that was hot. The rep told me that someone from Caesarstone would have to come out and inspect it. After several calls to my contact at Intelco to set up a inspection by Caesarstone not being returned, I contacted a manager at INTELCO. She agreed that it made no sense for a determination to made without inspection by the manufacturer. She attempted to set up an inspection that never happened. I eventually received an email from the corporate account manager who oversees IKEA sales from Caesarstone . He decided that based on photos sent by the INTELCO rep that the crack was due to repeated exposure to heat. On a side note, Caesarstone boasts on their website that their product is very heat resistant. So, bottom line no one wants to take responsibility, and the consumer (me) loses out. Caesar is taking the word of the installer without sending out a rep of their own to see if the install was done correctly. Where the crack is located, the counter is not even resting on anything. There is a space between the counter and the top of the cabinet--no shim or anything... I am no counter expert, but I would think Caesar would want to at least know if the install was done properly! So, I would not recommend this product based on the false advertisement of a lifetime warranty and the run around they give you. The product is beautiful, but the companies are unprofessional!!!

We hired a fabricator, which turned out to be young and inexperienced. My wife spent a lot of time picking bathroom tile, white/black hexagon and a Ceasarstone product 7141 to match.
When the slab was delivered we did not know it is best practice to view the slab before fabrication and the fabricator did not ask. The counter top was fabricated for the bathroom and installed.
When my wife first saw it she know it was the wrong color. I thought it was the light. I picked up the sample we got from our local store where my wife spent all her time getting color to match. Put them side by side and she was 100% correct.
Picture 1 The sample we picked is on the right
I called Ceasarstone for the warranty replacement. The do have a disclaimer on the back of all samples that it is a manmade product and color may vary. We thought the speckle pattern may be a bit different not the background color.
Our GC noticed it right away. Ceasarstone got back to me in about 4 days and could not get down to see it for 2 ½ weeks. I called Ceasarstone and told them this is the last piece of the puzzle that is holding us up from moving in. She told me to tell the inspector to expedite it, which I did. The inspector stated the information he collected would be uploaded to Ceasarstone that night. I called the next day and was told it would be 2 days for the upload to take place and to call the next week Monday or Tuesday. I made 2 calls Monday. No response. 3 calls Tuesday. No response. Wednesday, called the Dept Manager. I had to leave a message as she did not pick up. Got a response Thursday. Now over a month since I started this.
I was told we would get a new ½ slab to the fabricator the following Monday. Which happened.
I was on my way 15 minutes into a 30 minutes drive from where I work from the fabricator and I got a call saying I may not want to come up as the new slab is not close to his sample. I kept going, I had to see this.
Picture 2 The correct color is on top which is the fabricator’s sample which almost perfectly matched our sample
He was correct. Now it’s on the yellow side. I rejected it. The fabricator had the Ceasarstone rep call me the next day.
The short story is the rep said he did not know how old the sample I had, which was almost a perfect match to the fabricator’s sample, so he could not verify our samples where accurate. Ceasarstone would allow us to drive up from San Diego to LA to pick a slab that would match our sample OR pick a different color. I was not into a 5 hour drive each way into LA for possible match to our sample. Also mentioned the man made disclaimer on the back of all their samples. He also stated Ceasarstone was bending over backward to help us.
If that were the case I would think they could pick up our sample, as their truck is in the San Diego area twice a week, and find a slab in their L.A. location that matches it. That is customer service.
The problem I have is, why have a sample out there for people to use when they will not make sure all samples are current and produce products that match the sample.
If it is a man made product, why don’t they have standard practices that can reproduce a consistent product.
Let’s use this as an example. I want to buy a car and the color I want is not in stock, red. I have to order it or wait for the next shipment of red cars. The car comes in and the red is not even close to the brochure that I picked it from. Why even have a sample if it can’t be matched.
This cost me. I found a closer fabricator with a slab my wife liked and they are producing the producing the new counter top in a week for us.
This process put us 2 months behind on our move in.
What I learned.
1)Don’t order a Ceasarstone product. You may waste a lot of time trying to get the color you want, if at all.
2)Ceasarstone does not know what customer service is.
3)Find a fabricator that is close to your home that you trust. and has been business at least 10 years
4)Always inspect the slab before fabrication.

I have Caesarstone counters in other properties and have been happy with them. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been a nightmare. I had Caesarstone counters installed in a new kitchen and chose Rugged Concrete (4033), which is a new product from Caesarstone. Although the product looks very cool as it mimics concrete, it does not function practically as a kitchen counter. Every little grease mark, including fingerprints or anywhere you place a dish is extremely visible and very difficult to clean. If you place a wine glass, you need to scrub the counter with Vim to remove the ring. When I complained to Caesarstone, they sent a technician who advised that it was necessary to frequently clean the counters with Vim and a specific acetone (nail polish remover) from Shoppers Drug Mart. I am very unhappy with the counters and will not be keeping them. My fabricator offered to take care of the labour to replace them and when I asked Caesarstone to help by giving me the new material for cost, they said the best they could do was 10% off because the counter was not "deemed defective". They're customer service was also horrible to deal with (Diana and Ruta) and continually blamed me for not expecting the product would be like this. I did not ask Caesarstone to lose one penny to fix the situation, but they insisted on making a profit a second time on the same project.
