“James, the owner, came by to give me a quote and assess the situation of the two trees we needed trimmed. He explained in great detail the work that would be done. We got six quotes for this particular job and his was a few dollars higher than the rest, but I trusted his process a bit more than the others. We were able to schedule an appointment right away and the workers arrived on time. I was a bit skeptical at first because James told me he would be there to oversee the work, but he was not there. He showed up a bit late, but personally took care of trimming a few branches himself. There were several workers and they were fast! They cleaned up everything and left no messes. I was VERY pleased with the work they did. My only complaint would be that there was no follow-up call or email to ensure I was indeed satisfied with the work.”
