BUYER BEWARE I hired HLI to trim our trees and this is what I got: 1) Trees not trimmed the way I asked 2) Workers destroyed my shrub AND lied about how it happened 3) Workers parked on my lawn to load branches 4) Manager said they would fix the shrub, only to watch them drive away without a word 5) Called the owner and he said that the manager had an emergency and was unavailable for the day after I had already talked to him twice 6) Owner said he would come out to my property within an hour to talk and never showed up Completely unprofessional.
