Windows Only

This is not the first time I have hired a company to replace windows in my home. However we just moved into a new place not too long ago and the windows were in bad shape. I called Windows Only after finding them online, and they spent the time to educate me on the different products they had to offer. The whole process was smooth and painless from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to any home owner looking to replace their windows or doors!

The quality of our windows and the instillation process was great. Our installer was meticulous and had a great work ethic. The sales process was good and very thorough, but almost too thorough - it took a lot longer than I expected and the salesman was very nice but could have cut his time in half. He was however, very knowledgeable about the product. The two negatives were that the process is a bit inefficient, meaning, the contract process went through a few hands so it made for chaotic communication. The other is that we were told by our salesman that he would do a follow-up after the windows were installed and we have not yet heard from him. Otherwise our windows came in as measured and look beautiful.

Windows Only goes above and beyond to ensure quality, delivery and installation! Their super friendly staff make it so easy and affordable. We have used them three times in different stages of remodeling over the past three years and we are picky! If you want a high degree of communication and superior service, then don't go anywhere else!
