They built an addition on to the backside of our house. It included a master suite and bathroom. They were very professional, thorough, and punctual. The job was completeted in the estimated time. I would definitely recommend them for any job!

I have worked with Nathan of MDC for several years. He has done an addition and a garage conversion on a property for me as well as many many repairs on different properties. While doing high quality work according to plan, the biggest asset to me was his eye for details. Generally I liked his choice for color/design/layout over my own. I have been living abroad doing mission work for two years but had a few projects finishing and have one rental property. He takes a huge strain off of me by being dependable, honest, and providing quality work. Just a few weeks ago I got a notice from my property management company that there was a large roof leak. A panicky text to Nathan and he took care of everything for myself and the tenant quickly.

I hired MDC (Nathan Montgomery) to completely remodel a basement in a rental property I'd bought. Honestly when I first saw the basement I thought I was doomed. I knew I'd wasted my money. The floor was slanted, the ceiling was low and both bathrooms were unusable. I walked through the basement with Nathan and he assured me things could be fixed and my investment wouldn't be wasted. I told him my budget and he said we'd make decisions that would allow us to come in at the set cost. And amazingly, he succeeded. His people settled the floor, replaced the kitchen, completely remodeled the bathroom and the place felt like a new home. After Nathan's crew remodeled the basement the result was so good I was able to move my entire office (and staff) into the space. They now love it and so do I. After we remodeled the basement, I had Nathan paint the outside of the house, rebuild the front porch, install a driveway and even build me a writers office in the back yard. What was especially great about Nathan was his ability to sense what I wanted and make suggestions to help me create the space I wanted. He knows the line between taking over and acting as a hard-working consultant when it comes to making decisions. Tasks were done on time and with excellence. I have recommended Nathan to many people sense.

MDC replaced exterior fascia board, gutters, downspouts, and ALL 6 windows on a 30+ year old house. The job included exterior painting, caulking, and rehanging plantation blinds on the new windows. This job was done quickly and accurately. I feared that near irreparable damage had been done to the roof line prior to the work, but MDC did an great job for us at a cost much lower than I expected. The new, energy efficient windows are high quality and will save significantly on energy costs. We are beyond satisfied with this project. I plan to use MDC again for my next project.

Not easy having major work done on the house when your wife is 8mo pregnant. We had a family of squirrels that had damaged the side of our house and a leaky upstairs bathroom that was causing water damage and mold. I hired MDC by a family and friend referral from work they had done on their homes. I needed this project to be fast, affordable and respectful to our privacy, work schedule and a pregnant wife. And that is exactly what I received. My wife and I couldn't be pleased with their work and overall business model on how they treat customers.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the work of Nathan Montgomery and his colleagues. He is a man of his word. He does what he says and does it beautifully in a timely fashion. He points out exactly what needs to be done, but never pushes or oversells. He is patient and explains things in layman's terms so that I can make informed decisions. It seems that there is hardly a job too big or too small for MDC. These guys can fix a leaky roof, arrange for quartz counters, replace windows and even replace a hard to reach lightbulb. It is a pleasure having Nathan and his crew around. I would rate them at the very top.

Nathan was great. His team came on time. They did very beautiful work. They finished on time and left my place very clean.I love my new kitchen.

He completed the work on time, within budget, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated Mr. Montgomery's hands on approach. He was constantly on site and allowed me to make last minute changes without complaint.

Nathan Montgomery, just remodeled a 90 year old house for me in East Nashville, located in the Historical district. The work was very good and the price was reasonable. He handled changes easily and worked with the buyers to assure their satisfaction. I live in Atlanta and couldn't be there a lot. It was comforting to have someone so dependable. I would recommend this company to a friend.

Great work! Owner worked well w/ us, his crew and all subcontractors present. A manager was always available for questions and suggestions. We had a scheduled date for completion was for December , and we were in our remodel before Thanksgiving. Would definitely use this company in the future.
