The owner's bedroom features a sumptuous hand embroidered wallpaper that serves as a backdrop to the client's lovely bedroom. We worked with her existing bed, nightstands and dresser and added luxurious bedding, a custom upholstered bench, chair and ottoman, a new oriental rug, custom drapery, and a gorgeous mirror to finish off the inviting space. Now it's a restful sanctuary overlooking the beautiful green golf course and blue skies.

To honor their roots, this eclectic 2018 new build capitalizes on the couples’ personalities in many ways. With an affinity for geodes and rock formations, as well as keeping glass and organic elements in mind, inspiration is evident in every room. The couple’s Colorado background encouraged we incorporate refined western nods throughout the residence, while sophisticated features of transitional and traditional designs. Each room was designed with consideration of the clients’ love of color except the master bedroom and bath suite, which was done in soothing neutrals.

Located in North Central Phoenix, Arizona, Heritage Lane was more than a renovation. It was the complete transformation of a forever home, managed entirely on behalf of clients living out of state. After meeting together onsite once, our team coordinated every stage of the project, from design decisions and construction oversight to moving logistics, furnishings, installation, and the thoughtful consolidation of two households into one cohesive home.
Rather than erase the character that first drew our clients to the house, we built upon it. Original flooring, ceiling beams, and the fireplace remained, while architectural moulding, custom built-ins, updated lighting, contemporary furnishings, and meaningful personal artwork created a home that feels fresh, elevated, and unmistakably theirs. The result wasn't simply a beautifully designed home. It was a seamless transition into the next chapter of their lives.

Custom coffee bar is nestled into a small nook and had a step blocking part of the space. We elongated the lower cabinet face frame to accommodate the step so our client did not lose any storage space.

A sophisticated sitting area within the primary suite featuring plush lounge seating, soft blue accents, custom drapery, and a statement chandelier. The layered textures and calming palette create a luxurious retreat designed for relaxation.

At 166 sq ft, the size of the living/sleeping area in this studio apartment was quite challenging. We made it work by taking careful dimensions of the space as well as every piece of furniture before purchasing. Even the height of the printer mattered as it had to fit between the filing cabinet and the desk. The busy student who lives here had two primary needs: sleeping and studying. Upon completion we felt we met those needs quite well.

We opted for a wall sconce as a bedside light to keep the nightstands clear and uncluttered. The brass and amber glass wall sconce adds some contrast to the blue accent wall in a clean, elegant way.
