Blue Canyon is the choice if you have a time line that cannot be changed. In our case, we found out we were pregnant just as we finished our architecture plans and lived in a home that was packed to the gills. With only 7 months to go before baby was to come we turned to Blue Canyon who ran a tight ship that allowed my family to double our house square footage, add a detached home office building and negotiate through the maze of King County's permitting processes successfully. We made it through on time so that we could move in and have our baby brought home finished and looking beautiful. I might also add, we lived on site during this and Blue Canyon was masterful in daily cleanup and smart looking employees and subs.
