    Peter Feeney I keep picking projects done by the construction zone ltd! Inspiring stuff. Can you please tell me what the material is edging the roof. Is this a rubber roof?

    Thank you for your interest in our work.
    The fascia is steel that has been left to weather. The roofing is foam with a elastomeric coating (fairly common in Arizona).

    Love the corten stairs and firewood storage. Is the Corten surfaced over concrete? Please provide details

    the construction zone, ltd. The stair and retaining wall system are 1/4" plate steel. There is some concrete at the foundation but it is not continuous. The system has some support structure behind and is covered with a fluid applied membrane prior to backfill.

    the construction zone, ltd. The registers are aluminum fabricated by The Construction Zone. We include these in many of our projects and each install has its own challenges and requires careful attention during rough-in to achieve the final frameless look.
