My husband and I were lucky enough to work with David on the remodel of the interior of our 3400 sq ft home, which we completed in June 2022. Working with David was a dream. He’s creative, practical, energetic, and all-in; he’s quite possibly the most professional and driven person we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with (and we know a lot of wonderful people). David has an incredible attention to detail and always does what he says he’s going to do—he is accountable and expects the same from all of his vendors. His ability to manage the unmanageable kept our project on schedule and budget despite our choosing to remodel in the middle of a global pandemic. David and I really clicked on the design work and developed a true friendship through the process (how many people can say that about their contractor?). We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. People probably questioned our judgment when we bought a home that looked straight out of 1989, but the results speak for themselves—we now have a modern, warm oasis that reflects our style and personalities perfectly. Hire David before someone else does!

My husband and I chose David Griffin and Complete Access to do our full home remodel at the beginning of 2018. We redid all interiors of our home, all of the floors, 3.5 bathrooms, the entire kitchen, moved a couple walls and even expanded a window in our kitchen. We were also on an extremely tight deadline to accommodate our growing family. We couldn’t have been more happy with the work and the entire process. David’s attention to detail is impeccable. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had. He made the entire remodel very easy and enjoyable. And we are so happy with the end result of the house!

My hubby and I had the pleasure of working with David recently. He managed our house rennovations to make our kitchen completely ADA accessible as well as making the restroom safer for me, widening several doorways and making the house easy for me to use. David helped us organize our thoughts and ideas when we were designing our kitchen, and prioritizing what was most important with our budget. His background of creating equitable and accessible spaces surely helped us throughout the various phases of constructing smart and accessible renovations that worked for me and my husband. To give you a bit of background, I use a power wheelchair and my huddy is abled-bodied, so David helped us design a kitchen that we could both use. If you're looking for a contractor/project manager that has experience with ADA accomodations look no further, David is the best around!

David worked with us on each element of the design and provided invaluable input each step of the way, all why allowing us to create a room that expressed our style. We hired David Griffin and Complete Access to facilitate the move of our Beverly Hills corporate offices into a new Beverly Hills high-rise office building. We owned a lot of expensive modular cubicles, partitions, work tables, filing systems, scheduling boards and bins. Our inclination was to “junk” a lot of the existing systems prior to the move; and start from scratch in our new offices. David had a different view; and he respectfully presented his vision for the re-purposing of our systems. We put our faith in David and his team, and entrusted a complex, time-constricted transition to him. Amazing results. David’s insights into how the entirety of our furniture and modular components could be re-configured left us with an extremely efficient layout. We saved thousands of dollars by trusting that his vision for our existing assets would serve us well at our new corporate headquarters. He dealt respectfully and efficiently with both buildings’ managers to assure our move was smooth and not disruptive. David is insightful, resourceful, kind and reliable. What a pleasure to work with this man.

David with Complete Access receives my highest recommendation. He took time upfront to communicate about our vision and needs and to explain the process. I appreciated that he was sensitive to the balance we needed to strike between our wants and our pocketbook; he provided options along the way. David is professional, thorough, perceptive, punctual. He was able to recommend an excellent team of subcontractors whom he managed effectively. He completed the work on time, according to the agreed upon budget (which was precise), and showed up everyday to oversee the work. The results were beautiful. But nothing can top hiring someone who is such a wholly decent human being, that you want to keep him around after the project ends. Who can say that about their contractor? We can!

My mother has used Complete Access for several construction jobs at her home. David Griffin, the proprietor, is detail-oriented; does things by the book regarding licensing, municipal codes, approvals; provides a comprehensive detailed estimate; does excellent work and finishes on schedule. He became a partner in the decision-making process, filling in a lot of blanks for us in terms of what is possible, and enhancing the project in ways we hadn't considered.
