In 2010, on a prime lot located about a block from the beach, a developer built a 3-story home which was acquired by my clients in 2017.

The original home contained inexpensive cabinets and counter tops, box-store flooring, mid-level appliances, basic lighting and more.

Under a tight turn-around deadline while working at a challenging job site, we, essentially, gutted the entire home and upgraded it inside and out with everything from an energy-efficient, cool roof to exterior paint and landscaping to new sub-floors, electrical, plumbing and more.

My clients wanted a clean, uniform look throughout their home. Wide plank, oak flooring is set everywhere. All of the cabinets and vanities are the same style and same color, as are the knobs and pulls. The entire home is painted with high-quality, Benjamin Moore "Simply White." Chef-grade appliances, top of the line cabinets, fixtures, faucets and more, now enhance the home.

All of the old fluorescent recessed light fixtures were converted to LED lighting. Decorative sconces, pendants and fixtures were added to complete the look.
