I've hired DMC for multiple projects over that last 6 years including 2 full remodels to in San Francisco and some updates to a property in Sonoma. All projects have been done to incredibly high specifications with great communication about budgets and timelines. DMC work with a great team of Sub contractors so everything from flooring to custom carpentry can be accommodated. Best of all the team at DMC are all extremely easy to work with and can help translate complex building and engineering terminology into layman's terms. I have recommended them to many personal friends and always call them first when I have a new job.

I have worked with DMC on several projects over the past 5 years. From private residences to businesses. Their wealth of knowledge both with skills and city laws and regulations helped immensely with my variety of projects. They have great relationships with their subs. It is always a great sign when the same tradespeople continue with work together over several years. DMC is fantastic with communication and organization. They are also realistic about time frames and deadlines and rather than quote the impossible do their best to make everything come together and happen to best of their ability while remaining transparent during the process.

I have had Dave and Dan do a lot of projects for me over the past six years. They turned a drab ordinary house into a Craftsman treasure, on time and on budget. My deck, which is the Taj Mahal of Decks, is the envy of all who see it. I had some permit issues (my fault) with the deck and they were able to resolve them for me. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

This is second time that I've had DMC perform work on my house. The first time was a kitchen remodel, and this time we added a bathroom and bedroom downstairs. The project turned out great - first rate work and within budget. These are my go-to guys.
