We design, build and renovate homes tailored specifically for our clients – their needs, their tastes, their budgets.

These days, everyone’s a “custom builder.” But unlike most, we don’t work from stock floorplans and blueprints – we start from scratch every time, creating a design just to fit our clients. We do that through a process that focuses on the client…their tastes…their life. We bring function and form together in a sustainable, energy efficient design that reflects the client's needs and wants.

    What type of door system and who is the manufacturer?

    These doors were supplied by Jeld-Wen but manufactured by a company called "Doors in Motion" but they have stopped using them since. Now Jeld-Wen manufactures their own folding doors.

    Another company we have used for folding doors is NanaWall.

    The wood is actually Ipe. The rest of the house is actually stucco, other then the metal corners near the windows. That metal is a custom powder coated colour...sparkle silver I believe.

    Love this look. How many stories is this staircase? What is the approximate top ceiling to first floor? - Looking for a chandelier for our 4 stories stairwell with approx height of 50 feet floor to ceiling.

    The staircase if from the basement up to the second floor...so two stories. And the height from the main floor to the second floor ceiling is 22'-6". So this is not quite as tall as your house. Bocci might have something that could go the 50 ft. you are looking for :http://bocci.ca/

    You are correct in that this hood only retracts about 12". And we just have the controls on the hood itself...it would be pretty handy if the controls could be remotely located, but I don't know if that is possible or not. Sorry that probably wasn't a ton of help!
