Enjoying our new pool during this summer's heat wave. Went from brick and plaster to pavers, concrete and mini-pebbles.

I would strongly recommend against using CID builders. I hired them to replaster my pool and they did it the wrong color. Apparently that’s my fault because even though I made it very clear what color I wanted, I didn’t catch the fact that they wrote down the wrong color in the contract. OK fine. But then when the job was done my pool was leaking. After trying to accuse me and saying the pool was leaking before they did the job, they finally got around to demolishing my concrete around the pool to find the leak. 7 months later they still have not come back to fix the giant hole left in the ground. I have contacted them repeatedly and I’m constantly told that they will be there soon but then I never hear from them. These are absolutely the worst contractors I have ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

We had CID Builders redo our kitchen. It took them 1 day to demolish the whole thing and then 10 days to install the applications,granite, tile, sink, etc. The workers were immaculate and friendly. We were very pleased. We have used them since to do many smaller projects. We highly recommend them. 5 stars plus...

CID Builders & Developers, Inc did a great job on our addition and remodel on our house. Oren Amar was the supervisor of the project and was always available when we needed to talk with him. When problems arose he always offered a number of solutions, but let us decide which was suited us best. We recommend CID Construction without reservation.

We contracted with this company to build a 66 foot steel fence and gate. I was very pleased with the Project Manager, Paz Josefzon. He returned phone calls very promptly, always arrived in a timely manner and greatly assisted in resolving snags when they occurred during the process. He was able to negotiate a very reasonable price while still using high quality materials. We are very pleased with the final product.

One and a half years ago, CID Builder and Development (Oren is the owner) built my guest house. I originally selected 7 companies with good reviews and received 7 estimates for the same job. (same requirement, same materials; I knew exactly what I wanted). Oren’s offer was $30,000 less than the lowest estimates from the other 6 companies. But even with that and the good reviews, I just wanted to be sure. So I also talked to Oren’s former customers. They were all very happy with him. I even went to the house of one of his former customer’s to double check. They really did a good job. Oren is very honest. He doesn’t play games. He never asked for any extra money during the construction. If anything came up, he took care of the issue right away and made sure I was satisfied with the results. As if those things weren't enough to consider them heads and shoulders above most other companies, it only took 3 months for CID to build my guest house, which was one month ahead of contract schedule. They were here on time every day that they were supposed to be here. Sometimes, they even did some specific parts of the work on a weekend. They worked hard and got the work done efficiently while doing a great job. CID also re-plastered my pool and again did a great job with that while getting it done without delays or lollygagging. I’m very happy with CID. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and anyone who wants to have the work done efficiently, with outstanding quality at a good price.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Great workmanship, great project management and great prices.....worth every penny. Of course as in every construction job there was a few small issues, but everything was handled to my complete satisfaction and NEVER did I or my wife feel poorly treated or taken advantage of. We spent our full savings on a new kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room , office and complete backyard and it was a great investment into our properties value. The job turned out fantastic, so proud of there work and especially the project management.

We hired CID to remodel our kitchen. They did an excellent job with a lot of attention to detail. I plan on using them for other jobs in the future.

Oren and his crew did an outstanding job, and were always very respectful and a pleasure to work with. We had our bathroom completely renovated, added an exterior door and outdoor shower. All the work was nicely done and for the best price. We had a bit of a delay finishing the project around the holidays but that’s not unexpected. My only concern was that a couple important decisions needed to be made on the spot and felt a bit rushed (exact locations of valves and fixtures, etc.) but all turned out well. Oren made it clear that our satisfaction with the work was most important.

I live in a geodesic dome house, so re roofing is not easy. The dome is made up of 60 triangles bolted together. Ben at CID gave me the lowest bid of the 5 I received. The crew did a great job, I am very pleased with their work. After the job was done, Maria from CID called to make sure the work was good and even came to take pictures of my odd home!

We have used CID for 4 projects over the past few years. First they redid our bathroom shower, then our kitchen and early in 2017 they converted our patio into an enclosed room. They have just completed putting on a new roof. We have been happy with everything they did.
