Good architecture is always the result of collaboration. What we enjoy and excel in most on the job is working directly with clients and builders to procure a successful project. We do this by maximizing the owner-architect-builder-relationship within a client-centered, holistic design approach. Johnson Squared Architects work with each client to ensure that the project develops in line with their dreams, values, lifestyle and budget. Each project begins with a study of the building site with consideration of the principles of design, sustainability, and context. We consult with engineers, contractors, artisans, and other specialists to ensure that design objectives can be achieved within the project plan. We are happy to show you our current design work and perhaps discuss how we can help you with your next building or remodeling project.

Commented: Love the shelfing - is it painted wood or lacquer? Hi. These are plywood cabinet boxes and frames that are painted and finished with a conversion varnish, which is ultimately a lot more durable than lacquer. Thanks for your comment.

Commented: What is the purpose of the metal supports? Hello, The home was built this way; the metal supports are part of the "tie-rod truss". Trusses are often used for large span roof support.

Commented: Can you please let me know what blue was used for the cabinets? Hello. I had to look in our archives, but the color was matched to Parker Paint "Blue Mine" CL2256A, with a high gloss conversion varnish finish. I believe Parker Paint is owned by Sherwin-Williams
