It was an extraordinary experience to work with Jody Smith on the remodeling of our Condomium in Fort Lauderdale. She is a great listener, a thoughtful consultant, and an insightful designer. She brought her deep knowledge of function as well as form into her recommendations, so not only does our home look terrific but it has a built in and long lasting comfort level for us to enjoy in the years ahead. Jody was also terrific in identifying and managing the sub-contractors for the construction and fabrication work. What a relief to have someone else worry about those matters. I would recommend her to anyone, anywhere. It was a pleasure to work with her every step along the way.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Jody Smith. Over a four-year period we remodeled our beachfront condo in stages. Much of the work was done during off-season months when we were not in residence. I commend her talent and creativity. She knows how to listen and relate to her clients. We truly loved living in the atmosphere she has created.

Jody did a fantastic job decorating my home. She picked out all the carpeting, furniture, wondow treatments and light fixtures.
