I can't complain about my cabinets, they are beautiful, however I've been trying to resolve an issue for over 5 months and am super frustrated. Our kitchen was delivered at the end of May 2025, however we were missing one door panel for the cabinet above the fridge. A service order was placed by our rep and the door was finally received on June 17th. Unfortunately the panel did not match the rest of the cupboards. Our representative contacted Laurysen and requested this be corrected. Months went by and we didn't hear anything- finally October 7th, we are told by our local rep that Laurysen did have the door however they wouldn't be out this way to deliver soon, so our local store sent a driver to Ottawa (2 1/2 hour drive) to pick it up. We got the door today- the wrong hinges have been installed, and the difference is significant as we have Chibery type hinges that are inset in the door, and Laurysen installed some form of surface mounted hinge that does not work with the hinge we've already installed on the cabinet itself. So now, I expect I'll have to wait another 4 months before I get the correct panel with the correct hinge .

We recently did a major kitchen renovation with Laurysen Kitchens. We can not say enough about the quality, the professionalism and the expertise we were provided for our renovation. The final product is simply beautiful and we could not be happier. Laurysen's are a long time family run business and it shows in the care they take in the work they do. All of the coordination, planning and workmanship was flawless. A special word of thanks to Corey who is responsible for the Design Centre. He made sure everything was taken care of for us and we want to thank him especially for his help on our project. It seems to be harder and harder to find quality locally owned companies to do projects for home renovations. We HIGHLY recommend Laurysen for any kitchen or bathroom renovations you may need.

My mother in law had a broken 40+ year old kitchen cupboard supplied by Laurysen. The hardware needed (just lots of wear and tear) to fix them had long ago been upgraded and whatever parts they would have had were lost in a fire. What to do ... Laurysen was able to come up with a part by machining one for us from scratch. And a with a most caring compassionate attitude and genuine desire to back up their product. No charge even! You don't see that kind of serice and commitment from companies backing up their product these days. I most highly recommend Laurysen for their products.

I’m not sure how Laurysen has such a high review! We have a brand new house with a Laurysen kitchen. I absolutely hate my kitchen. My husband and I have been building and selling houses for ten years and we have had the pleasure of using multiple ottawa kitchen companies. Laurysen is by far the worst. Our island is in unacceptable condition. We did a dark grey island and upgraded the size. The kick plates are streaky, they are fraying at the edges. The drawers all have chips and the island has been touched up with the wrong coloured paint. Multiple technicians have viewed the island and said yes, it’s bad, we will order parts. Nothing has been ordered and Laurysen doesn’t care. I have sent multiple emails for follow up, every time they say our issues will be addressed, yet no one ever addresses them and nothing is fixed. It’s been six months. I’m embarrassed to show people our custom kitchen that we paid a substantial amount of money for. Do yourself a favour and upgrade your kitchen elsewhere. The staff are pleasant to deal with, it’s not their fault. Laurysen clearly has bitten off more than they can chew and their work is most definitely a result of this!

The staff at Laurysen were great in helping us create our vision and see it through designing our beautiful kitchen. the show room has so many options to choose from and allowed us to see some great ideas. The support after the fact for some after thoughts and touch up has also been excellent with all things COVID their staff has been very respectful of our health and safety when entering and working within our home.

ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT follow up and service Beautiful kitchen...Outstanding service!!!! Upon move in, we were very happy and impressed with the quality and workmanship of the Laurysen Kitchen installed in our new home. When it mattered most, we were equally impressed with the service and outstanding service. Through the build of our home in general and through the Builder's deficiencies handling process, some damages and minor issues came up. Many, many thanks to the staff at Laurysen! When I brought our issues to them, they immediately stepped in and stepped up. They went above and beyond expectations to remedy all issues and leave us with a high quality, beautiful kitchen to enjoy. It should also be noted that they did this in timely fashion and with great lines of communication and coordination during this trying time where we are all dealing with obstacles presented by Covid-19. Thanks once again to the team at Laurysen Kitchens. Amazing work!!!

Very interesting reading the comment by Walter Walsh. We had an experience totally the opposite. Our 14 year old Laureysan designed and installed kitchen had flaws in the doors the first year. Many doors were removed over the years, repaired and reinstalled. Some doors were done repeatedly to the point they no longer matched. This year we decided to tackle it again. NO satisfaction. NO acknowledgement that this had been an ongoing problem. NO deal to repair even at a reasonable price. We eventually hired Axcell Cabinet Repair and Painting. Finally a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price. Laurysen is not be a company I would recommend.
