It's been great working with Kamala! She designed our custom bathroom, found an experienced carpenter who designed our unique recycled wood vanity, helped me find really unique items like the cool faucets, sinks and other bathroom items needed. Importantly, she checked on the construction site regularly and had our contractor correct parts not built to plan. She's knowledgeable and great to work with. Highly recommend her.

Kamala has an amazing eye for seeing a whole living space (inside and out) -- and how to make the most of small living spaces. She develops clean lines and wonderful details -- with a holistic modern approach. She really understood our needs and designed a home we love.

We interviewed a number of architects before friends of ours recommended Kamala to us, and the choice was clear after our first meeting together. Kamala was thoughtful and patient with us, as first-time remodelers, helping us to understand the process and how she could provide value throughout, in both the design and build phases. Over the course of several meetings she listened to our style and function desires, then developed and refined a beautiful vision of our newly added bathroom and full kitchen remodel. In the kitchen particularly her ideas for enlarging the window , raising the ceiling and widening the skylight well had dramatic impacts on the look and feel of the space. During the build phase Kamala stayed in close touch with us, our contractor and our vendors to make sure things stayed on track. In several cases she caught errors and had them straightened out before they became major problems. She kept us sane through the whole thing! We now have a stunning kitchen and a beautiful bathroom that we truly love. Thank you Kamala!
