Murphy & Co. Design is a phenomenal firm. The team at Murphy & Co. is gracious and warm (and quite funny), and I am often taken aback at how humble they are for being so talented. We knew from the start that Murphy & Co. Design was the perfect architectural partner for us on our home project. Aside from their beautiful, detailed and thoughtful design work (which is outstanding), we love the empathy they demonstrate and their fun personalities. While they have a strong portfolio of traditional style, they nailed our modern mountain look (and yes, we are building it on the plains of northern MN). T.J. and Jeff have designed a home for our growing family and helped us envision rooms that will work for our future teenagers. It is a home that is unique, very design forward, warm and comfortable. Every room and detail was explored from a form and function standpoint. Throughout the process, there have been moments of "delight" along the way - little gestures that are above and beyond (including an ice cream meeting!). Their experience, abilities, focus on collaboration and sense of humor make this group a winning team.

The greatest compliment we can offer about working with Murphy & Co is how they listened to us and translated our needs into a vision for what our home could be. Jeff helped us think about the story of our home...despite being brand new, we wanted to build a home that appeared to have been in the neighborhood "forever" -- one that we had renovated and made additions over time.
