This is our second project with Perfect View. Louis, Josh, and Gary completed the job beautifully, on budget, and on time. Louis was extremely receptive to our requirements and ideas, and offered excellent advice to help keep us out of trouble. Both projects were great, drama-free experiences.

In 2018 PerfectView Remodeling did a complete renovation of our Master Bathroom. This year they did a complete renovation of our Hall Bathroom. They have also done minor upgrades in our kitchen. I am a retired Type A Civil Engineer. As such, I have expected all of my projects to be well planned and completed to high standards. Being retired, I watched the daily work and generally made a nuisance of myself. The wok was done by Lou (the owner), Josh (his son), and Ryland. I had some questions, and asked for a couple of minor changes, but I had no complaints. I found them to be very diligent and professional. They knew what they were doing and what was required for a top notch job. They cut no corners but made sure everything was square and as it should be. They also recommended suppliers for tile, vanities, fixtures, etc., all of which had quality products. Even though I made somewhat of a nuisance of myself over the course of our relationship we have become friends. I have very very rarely in my professional career provided unqualified recommendations for contractors, I can for PerfectView Remodeling with their current staff. I have developed such trust in them that I had not even asked for a price estimate for the minor kitchen upgrades prior to the work, as I knew I would be treated fairly by Lou. We have received many compliments on the bathroom remodelings and have had no problems as we have used them. I have not even seen any of the little problems that often are noticed upon daily use. I don't think you can go wrong hiring Perfect View for your remodeling job.

Louis and his crew were nothing but professional. Louis was able to meet our expected timeline and was upfront and honest about what to expect. We meet as needed during our renovations however Louis was always available via text or a quick phone call to answer any of our questions. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work he and his crew provided. Louis's experience, attention to detail and solid suggestions helped guide us in our decision making when turning our house into our newly renovated home. The venders Louis put us in contact with for materials like countertops, kitchen and bathroom flooring and bathroom essentials, etc. were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable which helped made these entire experiences a stress-free one. We absolutely love it. Perfect View Remodeling has done a great job for my husband and me remodeling most of the first floor in our house. As a result, now we have a very comfortable and beautiful kitchen connected with the dining area, and a new bathroom. This owner of the company, Louis Cook, was always very honest and forthcoming. He spent a lot of time going over our kitchen/dining area plan with us, provided us with information on the new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and helped with the samples of the finishes and hardware for the cabinets. Having a wide network of suppliers, Louis guided us to the stores where we could choose quality materials for the counters and the island. We were able to find the right sinks and faucets, lights and doors. He listened to our needs and ideas, helped to incorporate the decor elements which we prepared for this renovation into the final design. We always felt that our needs were well taken care of and our ideas respected and implemented with great skill and attention to detail. The company has highly skilled and experienced employees, who basically gutted the above mentioned areas and built them anew always adhering to the highest quality standards. They did a wonderful job painting the walls and the ceiling, laying the new floors, taking care of all the electrical issues, installing the new kitchen appliances. The crew was punctual, worked hard and took every job seriously. They always cleaned the work area and tried to minimize the degree of discomfort that this fundamental remodeling brought into our life. We were grateful for the dust screens that were installed and for the speed with which the crew worked aiming to return our life back to normal as soon as possible. Our remodel took place in late November and lasted into early February. My husband and I dreaded the idea of "losing" our living space during the cold months of the year, but, all things considered, it was not as uncomfortable as we feared it to be. The big reason for it is the right choice of the company to implement this intimidating job. Perfect View Remodeling has improved the quality of our life and made our home beautiful and unique. We are very happy with the way everything turned out and, if we have the need for further home improvements in the future, Louis Cook will be the first person we will call.

Louis and Perfectview Remodeling did a great job on a bathroom and kitchen remodel. They communicated well, the contract was very straightforward, and our responsibilities (such as picking out tiles, materials, etc) were very easy and it was clear what we needed to do. After signing, the job started quickly and the progress went well. They took care to make sure we could function in other parts of the house and cleaned up after each day. They had lots of great suggestions on how to modernize our 65 year old house. I would highly recommend and would call again if I need additional remodels.

Lou is very pleasant and professional to work with. His team did a full renovation of our full bathroom. Everything was in order to have the bathroom completed in a timely manner, including ordered products and electrical work. His team worked very hard every day and did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. They cleaned up daily and were also very professional and pleasant. They went above and beyond and actually completed a few additional projects in our home that were not in the original plans. We are very pleased with our new bathroom and the quality of the work done.
