Our site was problematic in its topography. We wanted additional garages, a pool and a pool house. He designed an infinity edge pool with a terrace that connects to the pool house via a suspension bridge that hovers in a grove of live oaks. The pool house also has access to a two car garage. Ron Frink’s years of experience with major architectural firms provided him with the discipline and organization to grasp and solidify our ideas of lifestyle and comfort into a home of abundant light, spacious walls for art and well integrated indoor/ outdoor living spaces. He thoroughly understands the layering of sequences to provide a positive flow throughout the home environment. He is an astute listener and takes copious notes with a very caring and conscientious attitude. The result is a product that is far beyond your dreams and expectations. Not only did he design beautifully and creatively, he also managed budgets, workflow and deadlines while collaborating successfully with our contractor.
