Southeast Kitchens

Southeast Kitchen updated my kitchen, completed a makeover for a powder room, and redesigned the master bathroom to include a walk in shower. Communication, attention to detail, and quality of work, are essential for a comfortable remodeling experience, and Jonathan and his staff delivered. Upon completion, their work was not only aesthetically pleasing to me but also resulted in the repair of structural issues which were a concern. I would highly recommend them for projects of this type.

My new kitchen is functional and well done. SE Kitchens listened to my wishes. Most importantly they came back to fix a couple of small issues.

Jonathon and Beth and their contractors turned our 1984 kitchen into a 2021 dream , from the new cabinets to countertops to electrial, plumbing flooring , they do it all!! add in the new appliances and words cannot express how grateful we were to of stopped into their showroom off Folly Rd, between coming in on his normal day off or making several trips to our house Jonathon helped us through the selection process while Beth kept us informed on each step of the process , from the delivery of the dumpster for the ripout , to the removal of the dumpster , We feel very lucky and fortunate to work with such trusting and honest people, My wife and I would highly recommend them , and like us you will be fortunate to deal with such professionalism ..

Our kitchen and dining area were sadly outdated. We wanted a completely new and modern look and Jonathon Leeke and Southeast Kitchens in Charleston, S.C. delivered superbly. Jonathon patiently and skillfully guided us through the selection process; the work team was exceptional. We are so pleased and happy with our beautiful kitchen from Southeast Kitchens.

We had the most amazing experience working with Southeast Kitchens for the gut renovation of our 1940's kitchen. Jonathon was a pleasure to work with and he helped patiently guide us through all of the decisions that need to be made in an overhaul like ours. When you take on a project of this size, you spend a lot of time with the team you choose to work with, and Jonathon and his subcontractors were fantastic from start to finish. We were in the middle of our renovation when Covid hit, throwing us a huge curveball. And even under that new pressure, Southeast Kitchens was on top of it and keeping us safe while the work continued. We had a very tight budget and a lot to get done. Jonathon was pivotal in helping us to develop a plan that not only looks stunning as a finished project, but it was a plan we could afford. The complements on our kitchen are endless, and we truly love the space Southeast Kitchens helped us to create. So thankful to have found them!!

We engaged Southeast Kitchens to update the kitchen and four bathrooms in our Kiawah island home. Since we live in the metro New York area after the initial consultations our contact with Southeast Kitchens was mainly through email text and phone. Despite these challenges working with the team at Southeast Kitchens was a pleasure, simple decisions were addressed through common sense while the more complex ones were handled with a high degree of professionalism and were therefore from our perspective pain free. The results of this project have transformed our home into a beautiful modern space where our friends and family love to gather. We would highly recommend Jonathon and the team at Southeast Kitchens for the quality of their work, the timely execution, transparency of the costs and the ease with which an extensive renovation was delivered.

Wanting to change a dark, dysfunctional kitchen to brighter roomier workspace has been my desire since we bought this home in '15. As this was my first renovation project I did a lot of research and interviewed several firms. Selecting and working with Fran, Jonathon and the team at Southeast turned out to be a excellent decision. The design process was comfortable and Fran heard our ideas and offered suggestions never pushing and created a space that we love and that offered us more space (working and storage) than we had anticipated. The result was a "to the drywall" demo, redesigned layout and install. The craftsmen always showed up on time, did excellent work and left a clean workspace when they left. Knowing that project schedules are estimates we were very happy with the timeline and delivery. Minor issues were dealt with right away, completely and always to our satisfaction my Jonathon and the team. The end result is a kitchen workspace that is the heart of the home that we enjoy working in. Our neighbors and friends are blown away by the transition and Southeast's work product. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We put off the kitchen remodel because of the length of time required and the decisions to make. Southeast made everything easier. Jonathon was professional, communicated with us throughout the process and the workmanship is impeccable. We LOVE our kitchen. Southeast was recommended by a friend and I wouldhighly recommend them to others.

Southeast Kitchens did a complete kitchen makeover for us, from floor to joists, including re-routing a gas line etc. The job they did was superb. As with any such large project, there were minor delays, but they were well explained. THe subs they chose for counters etc also did an excellent job. We were so pleased that we prevailed upon them to do a complete room as a wet bar. Could not have been more happy with them.

We worked w/ Fran on this project for a complete kitchen renovation. We met with him a couple of times to pick out countertops, a sink, and cabinets. He had lots of options and was really helpful with giving his professional opinion as to what would work/what would not. He sent us to a couple of other stores to pick out appliances and tiles, which he had worked with before. It was a long process (1 months), but he had a schedule for everything (eg, plumbers, tile, appliance installation). He was very responsive when we called with issues (eg, flooring, incorrect placement of plumbing valves, minor blemishes in cabinetry), but the people that worked on the project were professional and did a good job. We were super happy with the overall outcome, and still love our kitchen!

This is the second time we've turned to Southeast Kitchens for a remodel; and again, extremely pleased with the end product. The project was a bit tricky insofar as working around support structures, odd dimensions, and existing plumbing/electrical, but they handled it with poise and ease. Everything from project planning, selections, demolition, rebuild, and punch was a positive experience.
