Dylan Jacob with Vicci was immediately responsive and the order was filled and shipped in the most timely manner. I actually got it a day earlier than the original shipping date. The samples I ordered (which were also delivered very quickly) were just what I needed to help me make my decision. The colors of the subway tile are rich and they are well made. I cannot wait to see the finished product on my kitchen backsplash.

The company has been very responsive with all aspects of my tile project. They replied to my questions very timely and provided me with detailed answers to help me make the proper decision. The tiles are affordable, yet seem better made than competitors' products. Shipping was quick and all tile appeared to be packed well.
