My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    FYI, I found a similar rod that extends to 170 inches from Crate and Barrel for $69.99 on line only :)

    I have windows very similar to these. I love the hang and look of the drapery here. What fabric did you choose for the drapery? Are they lined? What type of pleat is that? Thanks!

    I found a company that custom makes drapes that look similar to these. They are also lined. I feel like I took a big risk, but was more than happy with the outcome because I bought them on line. (Since they were custom they were not returnable). If you go to Etsy.com the company is MarthaAndAsh.
