Looking to build a suite of approx 1000 sq ft. above a 3 car garage. Looking for floor plan, storage solutions, etc. Must have list.... ideally 3 bedroom (2 would be okay), kitchen w/ island, dining space, tv/family room, 2 bathrooms Or 1full1powder, linen closet, coat closet, washer/dryer. Would love to have small amount of useable sqft on lower floor.
