We would like to do a simple exterior facelift $5k or under. I was thinking of painting the brick grey and putting on a new black door and black shutters. Any thougts? Also, if anyone knows of free software that would help me visualize this I would appreciate it! Thanks so much!

(Also, since this picture we have removed the awnings so there are no awnings on the house now.)
