1870s southern AL farmhouse

Dearest Houzzers,
Our house is in a quaint southern Alabama river town, a block from the river and just off the main street in the heart of the historic district. It was built at the latest in 1870, possibly as early as 1850.
Many kind Houzzers have seen interior and exterior photos and have generously offered design advice. (That entry is "1870s farmhouse" for photos and background)

I've created a new entry because the original was getting lengthy.

The concrete porch wraps around to two entrances, with the corner being uncovered. The concrete has been painted as have the concrete pillars around the house. They appear to be either dark blue or green. The original clapboard siding was covered in white vinyl, and the trim and differs are also white vinyl. I'd love to paint the tr a darker contrasting color.

Unsure of the style, other than mid to late 1800s farmhouse, i don't know which style to embrace. Suggestions fans tie expertise is greatly appreciated!

What color should the concrete porch be, what about the brick pillars? And what color for the front door, window trim?
Thanks much, y'all!
