This is a really good questions. Even though, we made the vanity look custom by fitting it in a 3-wall configuration; it is a stock item. We have been very pleased with the quality and the look.
The space was a bit trick with a 53" space (not standard dimension), but we managed to fit in the 54" vanity. The solution was to cut the drywall at counter height on each side, and slid the vanity in. Once the vanity was in place, we installed new drywall from the counter to the floor (1" is a much as you can gain without altering the framing).
This one is Torino 54" vanity with integrated sink and two side cabinets from Fresca. It is still available. Fresca offers more dimensions in this line.
