My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The wood is a French oak with a custom finish applied first in a shop and the final coats applied after the installation. It's a beautiful look. We also used the material as the baseboard but instead of surface mounting it we recessed the base to be flush with the plaster
